Aghedo Agency
I built Aghedo Agency's website and brand around a simple promise: practical IT help when the computer is holding up the work.

Context
The site is for Norman Aghedo's help desk, desktop support, and training work with small teams. It needed to explain the service without making everyday technical problems sound like a consulting engagement.
The problem
People usually look for IT help when something is already in the way. The site had to name the common problems, show the next step, and make Norman's communication style part of the brand.
Work involved
I handled the brand direction, content, frontend implementation, project coordination, and client communication.
Approach
- Led with plain-language positioning and a direct email call to action.
- Grouped common requests across Windows, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, documentation, devices, and account access.
- Made clear communication, honest recommendations, and steady follow-through visible as part of the service.
What this work shows
The site makes support work legible before the first email: common problems, available services, relevant experience, and the next practical step.
Technical or communication skills involved
Outcome
A straightforward service site that tells small teams what Norman can help with and what to send when something breaks.
