Context
SignalDock brings product analytics, lead CRM, and lifecycle email into one private-beta system. Those are related workflows, not one big bucket of vaguely useful activity.
The problem
Page activity, lead state, and messaging need to remain distinct enough to be useful—and honest about what the source data can support.
Work involved
I built the application and integration boundaries, modeled analytics state, and worked on the operational workflows around it.
Approach
- Modeled page and session activity separately from lead and lifecycle state.
- Kept provider and AI-assisted classifications advisory, preserving unknown and failure states.
- Built administrative workflows around explicit scopes and durable event history.
What this work shows
The project makes product instrumentation, state modeling, provider integration, and operational reliability visible.
